As a Project Assistant / Sales Assistant (all genders), you support our project managers and company leadership with client relations, ongoing project organization and new business development. You are often the first point of contact for prospective clients, coordinate meetings, keep information organized and help turn initial conversations into successful projects.
You keep client relationships, projects and next steps moving.
The role combines reliable project organization with active communication and sales support.
- Support project managers and company leadership in day-to-day operations
- Communicate with prospective clients, customers and business partners by phone and in writing
- Support new client and project acquisition
- Arrange, prepare and follow up client meetings
- Qualify and follow up incoming enquiries
- Maintain and document client contacts and sales activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations and project documentation
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops and project schedules
- Track open tasks, enquiries and project status
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities
- Maintain and improve internal processes and structures
Work in a structured way and enjoy communicating with people.
What matters most is your motivation, communication skills and willingness to take ownership.
- Vocational qualification in business administration, a degree or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in project support, sales support, client services or a comparable role
- Confidence and enjoyment in communicating professionally with clients by phone
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- A self-directed and structured approach to work
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative
- Confident working knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
- Professional fluency in written and spoken German
